This page, compiled by a Stockton librarian, provides an index to California Ballot Propositions from 1978 to 1998. You can scroll through the listings for each election, or you can use the "Find" button on your browser to jump to a numbered proposition (i.e. 209) or use a keyword (i.e. marijuana) to quickly figure out when a proposition was voted upon.
