eAudiobooks

The Library has offered recorded books in formats such as CD-ROM and audiocassette. Now you can download audiobooks and play them on your computer or MP3 player. Quick-start Guide

To be read to ... Brings back memories from childhood. But adults need to be read to, too.

Imagine the possibilities. You could drive your car, knit, walk the treadmill, golf, or even do chores around the house while someone reads to you.

eAudiobooks can be downloaded to your home computer and transferred to an MP3 player. This allows you to read by listening--wherever your MP3 player can go.

There are over 1,100 titles available for download. That number will grow over time.

The Library subscribes to this service.

Please note that Macintosh and iPod technologies are not compatible with eAudiobooks. Nor is Microsoft's Zune player. Read more
