All you need is a library card to borrow items. You may register for a card on the Mobile Library or at any branch.
Books and magazines are loaned for four weeks. Borrowers are responsible for late, damaged or lost items. Books and magazines may also be returned to the Cesar Chavez Central Library in Stockton, to any branch library--including the Mobile Library.
